Steam generation occurs in the exclusive user-accessible heat well located in the cavity. The heat well and elements can be easily
de-limed with
no tools required and without the cost of expensive boiler maintenance.
Stacking Options
Rapid Steam models can be stacked two high or in a quad configuration. Or, one or two steamers can be stacked with the
Marathoner Gold convection oven for the Gold Steam system.
