Labor Day is almost here, which means it’s time to start thinking of ways to celebrate with your family and friends. If you need a side dish to accompany the traditional BBQ, this one will be perfect!

Grilled Pineapple Salsa

This Grilled Pineapple Salsa is a versatile and easy flavorful accompaniment that your guests will love. No matter if you are doing BBQ Pork, Chicken on the grill, or Roasted Salmon this will fit in nicely to your event and also quickly become a staple going forward. I recommend making this the day before. As the pineapple continues to breakdown it becomes much more flavorful the next day. I used our chargrill and I have used our Infrared broiler for this recipe in the past and had great results with both.
