VENTLESS CONVECTION OVEN

Southbend’s Optional Ventless Half-Size Electric Convection Oven allows you to cook anywhere. This powerful and compact convection oven is constructed using an internal catalyst design, which allows cavity air to circulate through the catalyst. The result: all grease-laden vapors material and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are broken down into carbon dioxide and water that can be safely released into the environment.
