This Platinum Series Convection Oven is a gas (Natural Gas), double deck, bakery cavity depth, 180,000 BTU of power, with touchscreen controls and dependent doors. This series features a stainless steel exterior. Standard Depth ovens and accommodate one full size (18″ x 26″) sheet pan per oven rack left to right in the oven.
