This Platinum Series Convection Oven is an electric, single deck, bakery cavity depth, 11 kW of power, with touch screen controls and dependent doors. This series features a stainless steel exterior. Standard Depth ovens and accommodate one full size (18″ x 26″) sheet pan per oven rack left to right in the oven.
