It is built with a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides for long-lasting strength and easy cleaning. A front-mounted manual gas shut-off allows for quick access to control the entire range, while the factory-installed regulator ensures smooth operation from the start. The range is equipped with two removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grates designed to accommodate up to a 14” stock pot. For added convenience, the standing pilot for the open top burners provides a steady flame for precise cooking, and the battery spark ignition system ensures reliable ignition for the oven bases.

The Charbroiler is available in a 24” size and can be placed on the left or right side of the range. It features removable cast iron grates that provide excellent heat retention and distribution, ensuring consistent cooking performance. This addition is perfect for grilling meats, vegetables, and other menu items that require charbroiling.

The Convection Oven offers a powerful 32,000 BTU NAT output, providing even heat distribution for baking and roasting. The oven features a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C) for precise temperature control. Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, providing ample cooking space. The oven also includes three adjustable racks with five-position side rails for maximum flexibility in positioning your cookware. Powered by a high-efficiency 1/2 hp motor running at 1710 rpm with 115V AC, the oven motor is designed with permanent split phase, lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation to ensure long-lasting, reliable performance. An on/off switch allows the convection oven base to operate as a standard oven when needed.
