The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is designed to meet the demands of professional kitchens, offering exceptional performance and versatility. With a 36” wide cooking surface and a 37” high cooking top, this commercial gas range is perfect for high-volume cooking. Its 4” stainless steel front rail and durable stainless steel front and sides provide both durability and ease of maintenance. For safety, the range features a front-located manual gas shut-off and a factory-installed regulator, ensuring secure and efficient operation.

The range is equipped with standing pilots for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, providing reliable and quick ignition. The 33K Non-clog Burners (Burner Option 1) come with two patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free cast iron burners, each delivering 33,000 BTU NAT for even and powerful heat distribution.

For additional cooking flexibility, a 24” griddle top is available, made from 1/2″ thick cold-rolled steel for excellent heat retention and distribution. The griddle can be manual or thermostatically controlled, allowing for precise temperature control based on your cooking needs. The Standard Oven Model (D) includes a 45,000 BTU NAT oven with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, providing ample space to accommodate full-sized pans in either direction. The oven also comes with one rack with two position side rails, adding convenience and versatility to your kitchen setup.
