The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is engineered for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. With a 36” wide gas range and a 37” high cooking top, it offers ample cooking space for various tasks. The sturdy stainless steel construction, featuring a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, ensures durability and easy cleaning. A front-located manual gas shut-off provides a safety feature, giving operators quick control over the entire range, while the factory-installed regulator ensures precise gas management for optimal performance. The standing pilot for open top burners guarantees reliable ignition, and the battery spark ignition system allows for quick start-up of the oven bases.

For greater efficiency and cooking versatility, the Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2) include a cast bowl design that improves heat distribution and allows for full use of the range top. These grates are only available with the 27K BTU non-clog burners, offering superior performance. Additionally, the range comes with two removable, cast iron grate tops, and the rear grates can accommodate up to a 14” stock pot, providing flexibility for larger cooking tasks.

The Griddle Top can be installed on either the left or right side and measures 24”. It features a 1/2″ thick cold-rolled steel griddle plate for even heating and durability. The griddle is available in both manual and thermostatically controlled options, allowing for precise temperature management during cooking.

The Stainless Steel Cabinet (C) offers a solid cabinet base with optional no-charge doors that open from the center. This design adds to the overall functionality and organization of the kitchen, providing additional storage space for the user.
