For safety and convenience, the unit includes a front-located manual gas shut-off to control gas flow to the entire range in an emergency or during maintenance. The factory-installed regulator ensures stable and reliable gas pressure, while the standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases make it easy to ignite the burners and ovens.

The Cast Iron Star/Sauté Burners (Burner Option 3) are equipped with two 33,000 BTU NAT star burners that provide powerful heat and precise control. The port arrangement on the burners allows for even distribution of the flame, ensuring uniform heating for sautéing, searing, and cooking delicate dishes.

For grilling and charbroiling, the Charbroiler (which can be placed on the left or right of the range) adds even more versatility to the kitchen. This 24” charbroiler comes with removable cast iron grates, perfect for grilling meats, vegetables, and other dishes. Whether you’re preparing burgers, steaks, or seafood, the charbroiler ensures high-quality results every time.
