The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is a 36” wide commercial gas range with a 37” high cooking top, designed for heavy-duty use in commercial kitchens. The range features a 4” stainless steel front rail along with stainless steel front and sides, offering durability and ease of cleaning. A front-located manual gas shut-off ensures safe operation by cutting off the gas supply to the entire range. It also comes with a factory-installed regulator to maintain consistent pressure for optimal performance. For the burners, it uses a standing pilot system for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases for reliable and efficient ignition.

The 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Option 6) combines (2) Pyromax burners in the rear with (3) star 33K burners in the front, offering a versatile setup ideal for high heat cooking and sautéing while still providing more controlled heat at the rear.

The Standard Oven Models (D) are equipped with a 45,000 BTU NAT oven, featuring a standing pilot and a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, and it can accommodate full-sized pans placed both ways. It comes with one rack and two position side rails for easy positioning and efficient cooking.
