This range is equipped with standing pilots for the open top burners, ensuring quick ignition, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, providing ease of use and reliable performance. Ideal for high-volume kitchens, this range is designed to meet the toughest cooking demands.

Griddle Top: The 36” griddle top features a 1/2″ thick cold-rolled steel griddle plate, providing a large cooking area perfect for cooking multiple dishes at once. The griddle can be manually or thermostatically controlled, depending on your preferred cooking style, offering versatility for various applications.

Convection Oven Models (A): The 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven ensures even cooking and temperature consistency with its standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep and includes three racks with five-position side rails for optimal baking and roasting flexibility. Powered by a 1/2 hp motor with permanent lubricated ball bearings, the convection oven provides high efficiency and long-lasting performance. An on/off switch allows the convection oven to operate as a standard oven when needed, making it adaptable for various cooking tasks.
