The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is a versatile and durable 36” wide commercial gas range with a 37” high cooking top, offering excellent workspace for food preparation. Its 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides, ensures durability and a sleek, easy-to-clean design. A front-located manual gas shut-off allows immediate control over the range’s gas supply, while the factory-installed regulator ensures optimal gas pressure for reliable performance. The standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases provide quick and efficient start-up, making it convenient for busy kitchens.

The Pyromax Burners (Burner Option 7) are a powerful addition, each delivering 40,000 BTU NAT of cooking power. These patented high-output, three-piece, easy-clean non-clog burners are designed to handle even the most demanding cooking tasks. Additionally, the built-in port protection drip ring helps minimize messes. A group of 4 burners is available for even more cooking flexibility.

The Standard Oven Models (D) features a 45,000 BTU NAT oven, equipped with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), providing flexibility in temperature control for different cooking needs. The oven boasts a porcelain enamel interior, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, allowing for full-sized pans to fit in either direction. The oven also comes with one rack with two position side rails for versatile rack placement.
