A front-located manual gas shut-off and factory-installed regulator add safety and convenience, while standing pilots for the open burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases ensure reliable startup every time.

The cooking surface includes a Split Burner Configuration (Burner Option 4) with one star/saute’ burner in the front and one 33,000 BTU standard burner in the rear, offering versatile heat distribution. Complementing the burner section is a 36” wide griddle top, available on the left or right side, featuring a 1/2” smooth, polished steel plate with raised sides—ideal for breakfast items, grilled sandwiches, or searing proteins. The griddle can be specified in manual or thermostatic control to suit your kitchen’s workflow.

Below, the unit is equipped with Space Saver Double Ovens (EE), each rated at 45,000 BTU NAT with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Each oven features a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 19-1/2” wide x 26.5” deep, accommodating standard pans with ease. A single rack with two-position side rails provides flexible baking and roasting options.
