The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range built for demanding kitchen environments. It measures 48-5/8” wide with a 37” high cooking surface and includes a 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides for enhanced durability and a professional appearance. A front-located manual gas shut-off controls the entire range, and a factory-installed regulator ensures consistent gas pressure. The range features a standing pilot for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, promoting both reliability and safety.

This configuration is equipped with Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2) featuring two 27,000 BTU non-clog burners. The cast bowl grate design enhances burner efficiency and maximizes use of the cooking surface. A 36” griddle top (available on the left or right side) adds further versatility, constructed from 1/2” smooth, polished steel with raised sides. An option for a 1” plate is available on wider, 48” griddles and can be specified as manual or thermostatic.

Beneath the cooking surface, this unit includes Space Saver Double Oven Models (EE). Each oven delivers 45,000 BTU NAT and operates within a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The interior, finished in porcelain enamel, measures 14” high x 19-1/2” wide x 26.5” deep, and includes one rack with two-position side rails for flexible pan placement within a compact footprint.
