
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range designed to meet the needs of professional kitchens. With a width of 48-5/8” and a cooking surface height of 37”, it features a 4” stainless steel front rail and durable stainless steel construction on the front and sides. A front-located manual gas shut-off valve controls the entire range, while a factory-installed regulator ensures consistent gas flow. The system includes a standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases, providing reliable and efficient operation.
This model features two 27,000 BTU non-clog burners equipped with wavy grates, which utilize a cast bowl design for enhanced efficiency. These grates allow full use of the range top and are specifically engineered for compatibility with the 27K BTU burner option.
Complementing the burners is a 36” wide griddle top, available with a 1/2” smooth, polished steel plate and raised sides. The griddle is offered in both manual and thermostatic control options for versatile cooking performance. For heavier-duty applications, a 1” thick plate is also available on 48” wide griddles.
Beneath the cooktop, a powerful 32,000 BTU convection oven (Model A) features a thermostat-controlled temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high by 26” wide by 24” deep and includes three racks with five-position side rails for flexible baking options. The oven is driven by a 1/2 horsepower, 1710 RPM motor with permanent split phase design, complete with overload protection, ball bearings, and Class “B” insulation. A simple on/off switch allows the convection oven to function as a standard oven when needed.
Rounding out the configuration is an 18” stainless steel cabinet base (Model C), providing additional storage beneath the cooking equipment. An optional no-charge door is available for secure and convenient access.
