Constructed with a durable stainless steel front and sides, plus a 4” stainless steel front rail, it delivers long-lasting performance and a sleek, easy-to-clean appearance. A front-located manual gas shut-off valve adds convenience and safety, while the factory-installed gas regulator ensures consistent, dependable operation.

This configuration features two powerful 33,000 BTU NAT star burners, made from heavy-duty cast iron. These burners are designed with a unique port layout that provides even flame distribution, making them perfect for sautéing, boiling, or searing. In addition, the range includes a smooth steel griddle top, available in multiple configurations. A 36” griddle features a 1/2” polished steel plate with raised sides for mess-free cooking, while a full 48” griddle comes with a thicker 1” plate—both available with manual or thermostatic controls for precise temperature regulation. The griddle can be positioned on either the left or right side for maximum flexibility in your kitchen layout.

Equipped with the space-saving double oven model (EE), this range also delivers outstanding baking and roasting capabilities. Each oven operates with a 45,000 BTU NAT burner and includes a standing pilot light and a thermostat adjustable from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high by 19.5” wide by 26.5” deep, offering ample room for commercial baking. Each oven includes one rack with two-position side rails, and battery spark ignition ensures quick and reliable startup every time. This 48” range is the ideal all-in-one solution for any high-output commercial kitchen.
