This 48-5/8” wide range features a 37” high cooking surface and is built with a sturdy 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides for durability and easy maintenance. The front-located manual gas shut-off provides convenient access to safely control the entire range, while the factory-installed regulator ensures reliable gas flow. The open top burners operate with a standing pilot system, and the oven bases feature battery spark ignition for consistent lighting.

Equipped with (2) 33,000 BTU NAT Cast Iron Star/Sauté Burners (Burner Option 3), the range delivers powerful heat with a port arrangement designed for even flame distribution, making it ideal for sautéing and cooking a variety of dishes. Additionally, the range offers a versatile 36” griddle top, which can be mounted on either the left or right side. The griddle features a 1/2” smooth, polished steel plate with raised sides to contain spills and is available in both manual and thermostatic controls. A 1” thick griddle plate is also available on 48” wide models for added durability and heat retention.

For baking and roasting, the 45,000 BTU NAT standard oven (Model D) offers a temperature range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C) with a standing pilot and thermostat control. The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, allowing full-sized pans to fit both front-to-back and side-to-side. It includes one rack with two-position side rails for versatile cooking options.

The range is supported by an 18” stainless steel cabinet base (Model C), offering additional storage space and a clean, professional appearance. An optional no-charge door is available for a fully enclosed, sleek finish. Designed for durability, performance, and flexibility, this range is the ideal solution for any high-volume kitchen.
