
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a robust and versatile commercial gas range, measuring 48-5/8” wide with a 37” high cooking top. Built with durability in mind, it features a 4” stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and includes a manual gas shut-off valve conveniently located at the front of the unit. A factory-installed regulator ensures consistent gas pressure, while a standing pilot system supports open top burners and battery spark ignition serves the oven bases for reliable performance.
This model includes Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2), featuring a cast bowl design that enhances burner efficiency and allows full utilization of the range top. It is configured with two 27,000 BTU non-clog burners, along with the 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Option 6)—which combines two high-output Pyromax burners in the rear with three 33,000 BTU star burners in the front for flexible and powerful cooking capabilities.
Beneath the cooking surface, the Space Saver Double Oven Models (EE) deliver 45,000 BTU NAT each and operate within a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Each oven includes a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 19-1/2” wide x 26.5” deep, with one rack and two-position side rails to accommodate a variety of baking needs in a compact footprint.
