The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a high-quality, commercial gas range designed for heavy-duty kitchen use. With a width of 48-5/8” and a cooking top height of 37”, it is equipped with a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel construction for durability and ease of cleaning. The range includes a front-located manual gas shut-off for safety, along with a factory-installed regulator to ensure consistent gas pressure. The standing pilot for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases guarantee reliable performance during high-volume cooking.

The Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2) feature a cast bowl design that enhances efficiency by allowing full use of the entire range top. These grates are available only with 27,000 BTU non-clog burners, and the unit includes two burners. For those requiring additional versatility, the 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Option 6) combines two Pyromax burners in the rear with three 33K BTU star burners in the front, offering flexibility for different cooking tasks.

The Standard Oven Models (D) are equipped with a 45,000 BTU NAT oven, featuring a standing pilot and a thermostat that can be adjusted from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high by 26” wide by 26.5” deep, capable of accommodating full-sized pans both ways. It comes with one rack, adjustable to two position side rails, providing flexible space for cooking and baking needs.

The Stainless Steel Cabinet (C) is an 18” base made from durable stainless steel, with the option for a no-charge door to complete the unit’s sleek, professional appearance.
