This model features a 5-burner configuration, designed to provide both power and flexibility. The range includes two 33,000 BTU NAT star burners in the front, engineered for even flame distribution with a specialized port arrangement that ensures consistent heat for sautéing and other high-heat cooking. In the rear, two Pyromax burners work alongside the three front star burners, combining the power of rapid heating with steady, reliable performance—ideal for any professional kitchen setup.

The space-saving double oven (EE) model provides excellent baking and roasting capabilities with a 45,000 BTU NAT oven, complete with a standing pilot light and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior of the oven measures 14” high by 19.5” wide by 26.5” deep, offering ample cooking space. Each oven includes one rack with two-position side rails, and the battery spark ignition ensures quick and reliable oven startup.
