
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range designed to meet the needs of busy kitchens. This robust unit spans 48-5/8” wide with a 37” high cooking top and features durable stainless steel construction, including a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides. For safety and convenience, it comes equipped with a front-located manual gas shut-off for the entire range, as well as a factory-installed regulator. The open top burners are powered by a standing pilot for reliable ignition, while the oven bases feature battery spark ignition for easy startup.
The range includes 33K Non-Clog Burners, featuring four patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free cast iron burners that deliver 33,000 BTUs of natural gas (NAT) power. The rear burner is capable of holding up to a 14” stock pot, making it perfect for large-scale cooking. Additionally, the 1/2” Smooth Steel Griddle Plate, available on either the left or right side, offers versatility for cooking a variety of foods, with raised sides on the 24” wide griddles. This griddle is available with either manual or thermostatic control.
The Convection Oven Models (A) feature a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven with a standing pilot and a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven has a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high, 26” wide, and 24” deep, with three racks and five-position side rails for flexible cooking. The high-efficiency 1/2 hp motor operates at 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC, and features permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An On/Off switch allows the convection oven to function as a standard oven when needed.
The 18” Stainless Steel Cabinet (C) base offers additional storage and durability, and an optional no-charge door is available for added customization.
