The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range built to meet the needs of demanding professional kitchens. Measuring 48-5/8” in width with a 37” high cooking surface, this range offers ample space for efficient and versatile cooking. Constructed with durable stainless steel on the front and sides and a 4” stainless steel front rail, it is designed for easy cleaning and long-lasting durability. The range includes a front-located manual gas shut-off valve and a factory-installed gas regulator, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

This range is equipped with eight powerful 33,000 BTU NAT star burners made of heavy-duty cast iron, providing even flame distribution for consistent and efficient cooking. The specialized port arrangement on the burners ensures optimal heat distribution, making it perfect for sautéing, searing, and high-volume cooking.

The space-saving double oven model (EE) offers excellent baking and roasting capabilities, featuring a 45,000 BTU NAT oven with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high by 19.5” wide by 26.5” deep, offering ample space for large cooking tasks. It also includes one rack with two-position side rails, and the battery spark ignition provides reliable and easy oven lighting.
