For baking, roasting, and other intensive cooking tasks, this range features two convection ovens, each with 32,000 BTU NAT of power. The convection ovens are designed with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), offering precision temperature control. The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, providing ample space for full-sized pans. The ovens are equipped with three racks and five-position side rails for flexible cooking. Additionally, the 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor ensures consistent, high-efficiency performance, with overload protection and Class “B” insulation to extend the life of the unit.
