A front-located manual gas shut-off provides easy access for safety, and a factory-installed regulator ensures consistent gas pressure throughout the system. Standing pilots ignite the open top burners, while the oven bases utilize battery spark ignition for reliable startup.
This model is configured with ten 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron star burners, delivering high-output performance. These burners are designed with a port arrangement that ensures even flame distribution, making them ideal for consistent cooking across all ten surfaces. The heavy-duty cast iron construction provides excellent heat retention and longevity in a busy kitchen setting.
Below the cooktop, the unit includes two stainless steel cabinet bases, offering ample storage space for cookware, utensils, or ingredients. These cabinets come with optional no-charge doors that open from the center, providing flexible access and efficient organization within a streamlined footprint.
