The standing pilot for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases offer reliable ignition for seamless operation.
The range is equipped with two non-clog burners, each delivering 27,000 BTUs. The wavy grates, designed with a cast bowl, maximize heat efficiency and allow full use of the entire range top, ensuring an even cook every time. These grates, available exclusively with 27K BTU non-clog burners, offer excellent heat retention and durability.
The griddle top, available on the left or right side, features a 1” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides, ensuring perfect cooking results for any dish. This griddle is available in both manual and thermostatic controls, providing full flexibility in temperature management.
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series also comes with two convection ovens that offer 32,000 BTUs NAT. The ovens feature a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C) and a porcelain enamel interior with dimensions of 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, accommodating full-sized pans. The convection ovens include three racks with five-position side rails, providing ample cooking space. The high-efficiency 1/2 hp motor with permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation ensures reliable, long-term use. An on/off switch allows the convection oven base to operate as a standard oven, adding extra versatility to your cooking setup.
