Crafted from high-quality stainless steel, the range features a 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides, ensuring both durability and ease of cleaning. The front-located manual gas shut-off ensures quick access to the entire range’s gas system, offering enhanced safety.

A factory-installed regulator guarantees consistent and reliable gas flow, while the standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases ensure a reliable start-up every time.

The 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Option 5) combines two Pyromax burners in the rear, delivering an impressive 40,000 BTU NAT heat output for heavy-duty cooking. These are paired with three standard 33K burners in the front, offering a range of heat levels perfect for anything from simmering sauces to searing meats.

For added flexibility, this range also includes a Griddle Top available on the left or right side. The 1/2” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides ensures even heat distribution, perfect for pancakes, eggs, burgers, and more. Choose between manual or thermostatic control to achieve precise cooking temperatures.

Equipped with Convection Oven Models (A), this range provides 32,000 BTU NAT convection ovens with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, and the oven comes with three racks and five-position side rails for flexible cooking options. The 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC motor is high-efficiency, with permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An On/Off switch allows the convection oven to operate as a standard oven when needed, adding even more versatility to your cooking space.

This unit includes two convection oven bases, providing ample capacity for high-volume cooking, ideal for busy kitchens requiring multiple cooking methods and fast service times.
