This configuration features a split burner setup (Burner Option 4), with two 33,000 BTU star/saute’ burners in the front and two standard 33,000 BTU burners in the rear, ideal for multi-purpose cooking. In addition, the five-burner configuration (Burner Option 6) combines three front-facing 33,000 BTU star burners with two rear 40,000 BTU Pyromax burners—patented high-output burners designed for maximum performance and quick recovery.

The range is equipped with two convection oven bases (Model A), each delivering 32,000 BTU of NAT heat and offering a wide temperature range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Each oven features a porcelain enamel interior (14” H x 26” W x 24” D), designed to accommodate full-size pans in multiple orientations. Three racks with five-position side rails provide flexible baking and roasting options. Each oven includes a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor with permanent split phase operation, ball bearing lubrication, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation for quiet, efficient convection performance. An On/Off switch allows the user to operate the base as a standard oven if needed.

Rounding out this unit is a stainless steel cabinet base (Model C), which provides functional storage below the cooking surface. Optional center-opening doors are available at no additional charge, giving chefs added versatility in accessing cookware or kitchen tools.
