The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a heavy-duty commercial gas range designed for high-performance kitchens. It measures 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface and features a 4” stainless steel front rail, as well as stainless steel front and side panels for enhanced durability and easy cleaning. A front-located manual gas shut-off provides convenient access for total range control, while a factory-installed regulator ensures consistent gas pressure. The unit also comes equipped with a standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, allowing for simple and reliable startup.

This configuration includes Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2) with four 27K BTU non-clog burners. These burners feature a cast bowl design that enhances cooking efficiency and allows full use of the range top. Complementing these is a 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Option 6) that combines two high-output Pyromax burners at the rear with three 33K star burners at the front, offering a powerful and flexible setup for a range of cooking tasks.

The unit features a Convection Oven (Model A) rated at 32,000 BTUs with a standing pilot and a thermostat adjustable from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven interior measures 14” high by 26” wide by 24” deep and is lined with porcelain enamel. It includes three racks with five-position side rails, and a 1/2 hp motor powers the high-efficiency fan. The motor runs at 1710 rpm and is permanently split-phase with lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch allows the convection base to function as a standard oven when needed.

Paired with the convection oven is a Standard Oven (Model D) delivering 45,000 BTUs, also equipped with a standing pilot and thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). This oven’s interior is 14” high, 26” wide, and 26.5” deep, fitting full-size pans both front-to-back and side-to-side. It comes with one rack and two-position side rails, offering versatility and capacity for various cooking needs.
