The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a robust commercial gas range measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, built with a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides. A manual gas shut-off valve is located at the front for total range control, and a factory-installed regulator ensures consistent pressure. The unit features standing pilots for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases. Its 5-burner configuration (Option 6) includes (2) rear Pyromax burners and (3) front star-style 33,000 BTU burners, offering excellent power and flexibility. A 24” raised griddle is installed on the right side, operated manually and paired with an under-broiler for additional functionality. The range includes two oven bases: one 32,000 BTU convection oven, with a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), and a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep. It comes with three racks, five-position side rails, and a high-efficiency 1/2 hp motor running at 1710 rpm, with overload protection and permanently lubricated ball bearings. The convection oven can also be used as a standard oven using its built-in on/off switch. The second oven is a 45,000 BTU standard oven, also with a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F, and an interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, able to accommodate full-sized pans in either direction. It includes one rack with two-position side rails, offering solid capacity and reliable performance.
