The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a versatile, high-performance gas range designed for demanding commercial kitchens. With a 60-3/4” width and a 37” high cooking surface, this range is built with durability and ease of use in mind, featuring a 4” stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a front-located manual gas shut-off for added safety. A factory-installed regulator, standing pilots for open burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases contribute to the range’s reliability and efficiency.

This model features a split burner configuration (Burner Option 4) consisting of (3) star/saute’ burners in the front and (3) standard 33,000 BTU burners in the rear, offering flexibility for both high-output searing and traditional cooking. A 24” cast iron charbroiler, available on either the left or right, adds grilling capabilities with removable grates for easy cleaning.

Below the cooking surface are two convection oven bases, each delivering 32,000 BTU of power. These ovens feature porcelain enamel interiors measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, and come with three racks and five-position side rails. A 1/2 hp high-efficiency motor with permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation powers the convection fan, providing even heat distribution. An integrated On/Off switch allows each base to function as a standard oven if needed.

This configuration offers the ultimate in flexibility, combining sautéing, grilling, and high-efficiency baking—all in one heavy-duty unit.
