
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a top-tier cooking solution designed to withstand the rigorous demands of a professional kitchen. Safety and convenience are paramount with a front-located manual gas shut-off that allows you to control the entire gas system quickly. The factory-installed regulator ensures optimal gas pressure for consistent performance throughout your cooking operations.
The range is equipped with standing pilots for the open top burners, along with a battery spark ignition system for the oven bases, providing reliable starts and efficient operation.
The Split Burner Configuration (Burner Option 4) includes three star/saute’ burners in the front for high-heat cooking and three standard 33K burners in the rear for simmering or more controlled cooking tasks. This versatile burner layout offers exceptional flexibility to handle various types of cooking simultaneously.
A Charbroiler (Left or Right) is available, featuring a 24” wide cooking surface with removable cast iron grates. This feature allows you to easily sear, grill, and prepare your favorite meats or vegetables, adding the perfect char to your dishes.
The Standard Oven Model (D) is equipped with a 45,000 BTU NAT oven, providing even and consistent heat across the cooking surface. The oven includes a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), making it ideal for a wide range of cooking temperatures. The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, fitting full-sized pans in either direction. Additionally, the oven comes with one rack and two-position side rails for adjustable rack placement.
