
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series combines versatility, durability, and powerful performance for commercial kitchens. This 60-3/4” wide gas range features a 37” high cooking top that ensures comfort and accessibility for chefs. The stainless steel front and sides offer durability and ease of cleaning, while the 4” stainless steel front rail adds stability and strength. A front-located manual gas shut-off provides quick access for safe operation, and the factory-installed regulator ensures consistent, reliable gas pressure for optimal cooking performance. The range also includes standing pilots for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, making it easy to start and use.
The split burner configuration (Burner Option 4) includes (2) star/saute’ burners in the front and (2) standard 33K BTU burners in the rear, offering a variety of heat intensities for different cooking methods. Whether you need a high flame for searing or a low, steady heat for simmering, this configuration meets diverse culinary needs.
The raised griddle (right only) option, available in a 24″ width, provides a smooth, polished steel cooking surface for a variety of foods. The griddle is manually controlled with an under broiler feature, allowing for precise cooking and an additional layer of flexibility in food preparation.
The convection oven models (A) include a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, provides ample cooking space and is easy to clean. It comes with three racks and five-position side rails for flexibility in organizing multiple dishes. The convection oven is powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor, running on 115V AC and designed with a high-efficiency permanent split-phase motor, permanently lubricated ball bearings, and overload protection. The Class “B” insulation ensures durability and energy efficiency, while the On/Off switch allows the oven base to operate as a standard oven when needed.
The stainless steel cabinet (C) base offers a sturdy foundation and additional storage space, keeping the range secure and easy to clean. Optional no-charge doors that open from the center can be added, offering convenient storage access for kitchen tools and supplies.
