
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range designed for serious kitchens that require power, versatility, and durability in one all-in-one unit. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, this range offers a generous workspace, making it ideal for high-volume food preparation. It’s built tough with stainless steel front, sides, and a 4” front rail, ensuring long-lasting durability and a sleek, professional look. A front-mounted manual gas shut-off provides quick and easy control over the entire range, while a factory-installed gas regulator ensures safe and consistent pressure. The open top burners feature standing pilots, and the oven bases use battery spark ignition for reliable operation.
This model includes four patented, one-piece cast iron burners that are lifetime clog-free and deliver 33,000 BTUs each, offering powerful and consistent heat. Complementing the burners is a 36” wide griddle top, available on either the left or right side. The griddle features a 1/2” thick smooth, polished steel cooking surface with raised sides to help contain grease and food. Choose between manual or thermostatic controls, depending on your preferred level of temperature precision and cooking control.
Two full-size standard ovens complete the unit, each delivering 45,000 BTUs of even heat for roasting, baking, and broiling. The ovens offer a thermostat-controlled temperature range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Each oven features a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high by 26” wide by 26.5” deep, accommodating full-size pans in either direction. Each oven includes one rack with two-position side rails for flexible pan placement.
