The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range, engineered to meet the rigorous demands of professional kitchens. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, the range features a 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and side panels for superior durability and a sleek, clean appearance. It comes equipped with a front-mounted manual gas shut-off for safety, a factory-installed regulator, and standing pilots for the open burners. The oven bases utilize battery spark ignition, ensuring reliable startup.

This model includes four patented, one-piece cast iron burners, designed to be lifetime clog-free and each delivering 33,000 BTU of natural gas power for consistent, high-output performance. Complementing the burners is a 36” wide griddle top, which can be positioned on the left or right side. The 1/2” smooth, polished steel griddle plate features raised sides and is available with either manual or thermostatic control, giving chefs precision control over cooking temperatures.

Beneath the cooking surface, the range houses two powerful oven bases. The convection oven (Model A) delivers 32,000 BTU NAT and maintains a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, and includes three racks with five-position side rails. It’s powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 115V motor, featuring permanent lubrication, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. A built-in on/off switch allows the convection base to operate as a standard oven when needed.

On the other side, the standard oven (Model D) is rated at 45,000 BTU NAT, with the same temperature range of 175°F to 550°F. It features a spacious 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep interior, capable of holding full-sized pans in either direction. It includes one oven rack with two-position side rails, making it ideal for versatile baking or roasting applications.
