
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range, expertly crafted for the demands of a busy kitchen. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, this unit features a 4” stainless steel front rail and durable stainless steel front and sides, combining rugged construction with a sleek appearance. A front-located manual gas shut-off ensures quick access for safety, while a factory-installed regulator, standing pilots for the open burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases offer dependable performance.
The cooktop features (4) 27,000 BTU non-clog burners with wavy grates (Burner Option 2), designed with a cast bowl shape to enhance efficiency and allow full use of the range surface. Adjacent to the burners is a 36” wide griddle top, which features a 1/2” thick, smooth polished steel plate with raised sides, available with either manual or thermostatic controls, making it ideal for a variety of griddle cooking applications.
This configuration includes a Standard Oven (Model D), which delivers 45,000 BTUs (NAT) and operates within a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven boasts a porcelain enamel interior, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, and is designed to accommodate full-size pans both lengthwise and widthwise. It comes equipped with one rack and two-position side rails for flexible baking and roasting.
Completing the unit is a Stainless Steel Cabinet Base (C), which includes optional no-charge doors that open from the center, providing additional enclosed storage for kitchen essentials and maintaining a clean, professional kitchen environment.
