Equipped with four non-clog burners, each providing 27,000 BTUs, the unit features wavy grates that use a cast bowl design for improved efficiency, allowing full use of the entire range top. This design makes cleaning easy while maximizing heat distribution. The griddle top is available on the left or right side, featuring a 1/2” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides. The griddle is available in both manual and thermostatic control options, allowing precise temperature adjustments to suit different cooking methods.

The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series also includes two convection ovens, each offering 32,000 BTUs NAT and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). With a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, these ovens can accommodate full-size pans and include three racks with five-position side rails for flexible cooking options. The high-efficiency 1/2 hp motor ensures optimal performance, while the permanent lubricated ball bearings and overload protection guarantee durability. An on/off switch allows the CO base to operate as a standard oven, providing extra versatility.
