
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is engineered for commercial kitchens demanding both performance and durability. With an overall width of 60-3/4” and a 37” high cooking surface, this gas range offers a spacious and versatile cooking platform. It features a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, giving it a professional and easy-to-clean exterior. A manual gas shut-off is conveniently located on the front for enhanced safety, and a factory-installed regulator ensures optimal gas pressure control.
This model includes four 27,000 BTU non-clog burners fitted with Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2). These unique cast bowl grates enhance heat efficiency and allow full use of the range top, providing a seamless cooking surface ideal for high-output kitchens.
Complementing the burners is a 36” wide griddle top, available on either the left or right side. The 1/2” thick polished steel plate features raised sides to help contain grease and food, and it can be configured with either manual or thermostatic controls for precision temperature management across a wide range of menu items.
Beneath the cooktop, the unit houses two high-performance convection ovens (Model A). Each oven delivers 32,000 BTUs with a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C) and includes a standing pilot for reliable ignition. The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, accommodating full-size pans with ease. Each oven features three racks with five-position side rails and is powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor with overload protection, permanently lubricated ball bearings, and Class “B” insulation. A convenient on/off switch allows the convection base to function as a standard oven when desired.
Rounding out the unit is a stainless steel cabinet base (Model C), offering valuable storage space. Optional center-opening doors are available at no extra charge, making this unit as practical as it is powerful.
