The factory-installed regulator ensures consistent gas pressure, providing reliable cooking performance. Additionally, the standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases guarantee ease of use and reliable ignition, making startup hassle-free.
The split burner configuration (Burner Option 4) features (2) star/saute’ burners in the front and (2) standard 33K burners in the rear, offering versatile heat distribution for a variety of cooking techniques. This configuration is designed to handle everything from high-heat searing to low simmering, making it perfect for diverse cooking styles.
The griddle top (left or right) option includes a 1/2” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides. Available in a 36” wide configuration, this griddle is perfect for cooking pancakes, burgers, eggs, and other griddled foods. You can select between manual or thermostatic control to tailor the heat to your specific cooking needs, providing precise temperature control for optimal results.
The convection oven models (A) are equipped with a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, provides ample cooking space for large meals. The oven includes three racks with five-position side rails, offering flexibility for cooking multiple dishes at once. Powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor and running on 115V AC, the high-efficiency motor features permanent split-phase technology, permanently lubricated ball bearings, and overload protection for durability and reliability. Class “B” insulation ensures the oven retains heat effectively while minimizing energy consumption. Additionally, the On/Off switch allows you to operate the convection oven base as a standard oven when needed.
The stainless steel cabinet (C) provides a strong, sturdy base for the unit and offers additional storage space. Optional no-charge doors that open from the center provide convenient access to the cabinet for easy storage and organization.
