The 1/2” smooth, polished steel griddle top (36” wide) is available with manual or thermostatic control, providing flexibility for various cooking needs. The 45,000 BTU NAT standard oven base offers a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, and it includes one rack with two position side rails. The oven accommodates full-sized pans both ways, offering versatility in cooking.
Safety and convenience features include a front-located manual gas shut-off, a factory-installed gas regulator, and battery spark ignition for the oven. The range also comes with a stainless steel cabinet base, and optional no-charge center-opening doors.
