The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a robust and versatile commercial gas range, designed to meet the high demands of professional kitchens. With a 60-3/4” wide footprint and a 37” high cooking surface, it features a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides for durability and easy cleaning. A front-located manual gas shut-off provides convenient safety control, while a factory-installed regulator ensures optimal gas pressure. The range includes a standing pilot for open burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases.

This model comes equipped with six patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free cast iron burners, each delivering 33,000 BTU of natural gas power. For added grilling capability, a 24” charbroiler is included on the left or right side, featuring removable cast iron grates for easy cleaning and high-heat cooking performance.

Below the cooking surface, the unit offers dual oven functionality. On one side, a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven (Model A) delivers precise heat control with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). It features a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, three oven racks, five-position side rails, and a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor with overload protection and permanently lubricated ball bearings for efficient performance.

On the other side, a 45,000 BTU NAT standard oven (Model D) offers a spacious 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep porcelain enamel interior, designed to accommodate full-size pans both front-to-back and side-to-side. It includes one rack with two-position side rails and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F.
