The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range designed to meet the rigorous demands of professional kitchens. With a 60-3/4” wide cooking surface and a 37” high cooking top, this range offers ample space for preparing large quantities of food. It’s constructed with durable stainless steel on the front, sides, and a 4-inch front rail, ensuring long-lasting strength and easy maintenance in busy kitchen environments.

Equipped with six patented, one-piece cast iron burners, each delivering 33,000 BTUs, this range offers reliable and consistent heating power. The non-clog burners are built to last, providing lifetime performance with minimal maintenance. A standing pilot system is included for the open top burners, and the range comes with a factory-installed gas regulator to ensure smooth, efficient gas flow. For added safety and convenience, the manual gas shut-off valve is located at the front of the unit for quick access.

The Ultimate 60” Series also features a versatile 24” griddle top, available on either the left or right side of the range. The griddle includes a 1/2” smooth, polished steel plate with raised sides, perfect for grilling sandwiches, eggs, and other breakfast items. It’s available in either manual or thermostatic control options, allowing for precise temperature management across the griddle surface.

Below the cooking top, two stainless steel cabinet bases provide valuable storage space for kitchen tools and supplies. Optional center-opening doors are available at no additional cost, adding convenience and accessibility.
