The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a premium commercial gas range designed for versatility and performance in demanding kitchen environments. With a 60-3/4” width and a 37” high cooking surface, this model features a durable 4” stainless steel front rail along with stainless steel front and sides, offering long-lasting resilience and easy cleaning. A manual gas shut-off is conveniently located at the front of the unit, and a factory-installed regulator ensures consistent gas flow. The unit also includes standing pilots for open burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases for reliable operation.

Equipped with six patented, one-piece, clog-free cast iron burners, each rated at 33,000 BTU, this model delivers powerful and efficient heat distribution. A 24” wide griddle top is also included and can be positioned on either the left or right side. It features a 1/2” smooth, polished steel plate with raised sides, and is available with either manual or thermostatic controls, providing flexibility for different cooking styles.

The base includes two oven configurations to handle a range of baking and roasting needs. The convection oven (Model A) offers 32,000 BTU NAT performance, with a temperature range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, and includes three racks with five-position side rails. The oven is powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 115V motor with permanent lubrication, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch allows the unit to function as a standard oven when needed.

On the other side, the standard oven (Model D) features a 45,000 BTU NAT output and a spacious 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep porcelain enamel interior, accommodating full-size pans in either direction. It includes one oven rack with two-position side rails and operates within the same 175°F to 550°F temperature range, making it ideal for high-volume kitchens.
