With a width of 60-3/4” and a 37” high cooking top, it features a 4” stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front, and sides for durability and easy cleaning. The front-located manual gas shut-off ensures safety and convenience, while the factory-installed regulator provides consistent gas flow. The open top burners are equipped with a standing pilot, and the oven bases feature battery spark ignition for reliable startup.

The unit is fitted with six 27K BTU non-clog burners that feature wavy grates (Burner Option 2), offering a cast bowl design that improves efficiency by allowing full use of the entire range top. In addition, a 24” Charbroiler (available for the left or right side) comes with removable, cast iron grates, providing versatile grilling options for various types of food.

For baking and roasting needs, the Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series offers a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven (Model A) with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, comes with three racks and five-position side rails for flexible cooking. The high-efficiency convection motor is powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60-cycle, 115V AC motor, designed with permanent lubricated ball bearings and overload protection. The unit also includes an on/off switch, allowing the convection oven to function as a standard oven when needed.

Additionally, the Standard Oven Model D offers 45,000 BTU NAT with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, accommodating full-sized pans both ways. It includes one rack with two-position side rails, ensuring plenty of cooking space for large batches.
