The griddle top can be placed on either the left or right side and features a 1/2” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides, ideal for a variety of cooking methods. The porcelain enamel interior, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, accommodates full-size pans and includes three racks with five-position side rails for maximum versatility. These high-efficiency ovens are powered by a 1/2 hp motor, featuring permanent lubricated ball bearings and overload protection, ensuring durability and consistent performance. With an on/off switch to allow the CO base to operate as a standard oven, this dual-convection oven system offers exceptional cooking flexibility.
