
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range that measures 60-3/4” in width, with a 37” high cooking top designed for efficiency and durability. It features a 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides, ensuring long-lasting quality. The range is equipped with a front-located manual gas shut-off valve that controls the entire unit, and it comes with a factory-installed regulator for seamless operation. For convenience, the open top burners are designed with a standing pilot, while the oven bases feature battery spark ignition for reliable starts.
This model includes six powerful 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron star burners, which are designed with a port arrangement that ensures even distribution of flame. This allows for consistent cooking results and greater control over heat, making it perfect for a variety of cooking applications.
Additionally, the range comes with a 24” charbroiler, which can be positioned on the left or right side of the unit. The charbroiler features removable cast iron grates, which make it easy to clean and maintain. This flexible design allows for grilling and searing with superior heat distribution.
The unit also includes a stainless steel cabinet base for sturdy support. As an added feature, optional no-charge doors are available that open from the center, providing easy access to the cabinet space. This particular model is equipped with two cabinet bases for even more storage capacity and organization.
