The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a powerful, commercial-grade cooking unit designed for high-efficiency kitchens. Featuring a 60-3/4” wide frame and a 37” high cooking top, it includes stainless steel front and sides, complemented by a 4” stainless steel front rail. For added safety and convenience, the range is equipped with a front-located manual gas shut-off and a factory-installed regulator, ensuring easy access and control. The standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases further enhance its reliability.

This range boasts (6) 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron star burners (Burner Option 3), strategically designed with a specialized port arrangement to ensure even flame distribution and optimal cooking performance.

A raised griddle (available only on the right side and 24” wide) is included, offering manual control and a broiler underneath for versatile cooking.

The convection oven models (A) feature a 32,000 BTU NAT output, with a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, accommodates full-sized pans and includes three racks with five position side rails. The oven is powered by a 1/2 hp motor, running at 1710 rpm, with high efficiency, permanent split-phase motor, and built-in overload protection. An On/Off switch allows the convection oven to be used as a standard oven when required.

Additionally, the range includes a stainless steel cabinet base (Option C) with optional no-charge center-opening doors, providing both functionality and a sleek, modern look for your kitchen.
