A front-located manual gas shut-off, factory-installed regulator, standing pilot lights, and battery spark ignition for the ovens ensure safe, reliable operation.

Cooking power comes from (6) 33,000 BTU NAT star burners, built from cast iron for durability and consistent heat distribution. Complementing the burners is a griddle top available in either 24” or 36” widths, featuring a 1/2” smooth, polished steel plate with raised sides, offered in either manual or thermostatic controls, allowing chefs to cook with precision.

This model is equipped with two standard ovens, each delivering 45,000 BTUs and a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Inside, the porcelain enamel interiors measure 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, fitting full-size pans in either direction. Each oven includes one rack with two-position side rails for flexible baking or roasting.
