The 5-burner configuration includes two powerful Pyromax burners in the rear and three standard 33,000 BTU burners in the front, giving chefs flexibility to handle everything from delicate sauces to rapid boiling. This unit also includes a 36-inch griddle top, available on the left or right side. Built with a 1/2-inch thick cold-rolled steel plate, the griddle is designed for even heat distribution and is available with either manual or thermostatic controls to suit your kitchen’s specific cooking needs.
