The 45,000 BTU NAT standard oven offers a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), with a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep. The oven fits full-sized pans both ways and includes a rack with two position side rails for flexible cooking.
