  • Two 28,000 BTU painted, once-piece cast iron non-clog burners with removable grates (rear holds up to 14" stock pot)
  • 24" manual griddle with 1/2" thick polished steel plate and three 16,000 BTU burners (left side)
  • 4" stainless steel front rail with closed, welded end caps
  • Removable one-piece crumb drawer under burners
  • Metal control knobs with red stripe and hinged lower valve panel
  • 35,000 BTU standard oven with U-shaped burner and snap-action thermostat adjustable for 175°F to 550°F
  • Oven interior 26" wide x 26-1/2" deep, fully enameled, with 2-position rack guides and one removable rack
  • Oven insulated on four sides and top with heavy, self-supporting block-type rock wool with oven baffle assembly
  • 6" stainless steel adjustable legs and factory-installed pressure regulator
